• Account Information: Your name, email address, and school name as provided by your tutor.
• Academic Data: Test scores, marks, question-level results, and performance analytics related to your studies.
• Submissions: Photos of completed test papers that you upload for marking.
• Usage Data: Login times and app interactions to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide personalised score tracking and academic progress reports
• Enable your tutor to monitor your performance and provide targeted support
• Mark and provide feedback on your test submissions
• Improve our app and tutoring services

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider with servers protected by industry-standard encryption. Photo submissions are stored in Google Drive with restricted access.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction.

4. Data Sharing

Your academic data is shared only with:

• Your assigned tutor(s)
• Authorised administrative staff for service delivery

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you are an active student. When you graduate or leave the programme:

• Your account will be deactivated
• Academic records may be retained for reference purposes
• You may request deletion of your personal data at any time

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored in the app
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Delete your account (with a 30-day recovery period)
• Request a copy of your data

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the Profile tab in the app. Upon deletion:

• Your account enters a 30-day grace period
• You can restore your account by signing back in within 30 days
• After 30 days, your personal data is permanently anonymised
• Academic records are retained in anonymised form for quality assurance

8. Children's Privacy

Our app is intended for students, including those under 18. We collect only information necessary for educational purposes and with the knowledge of parents/guardians through their enrolment with the tutoring programme.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date.
